Objective: to show that regular breaks or naps can improve health care workers’ energy, mood, and memory

  • Night-shift workers: at risk for irregular circadian rhythms, cardiomyopathy, obesity, Type II diabetes, memory impairment, etc. (Ohlmann, 2009)
  • It is shown in this research that naps can be beneficial for night-shift health care workers for energy and memory (Fallis, 2011)
