This book is dedicated to our friend Virginia Vidich. She wrote lots of poetry. "Everything changes but love endures," was the last line of one of her poems. The word endures means "to last, to remain." So the title of the book means that all kinds of things will change during our life, but when someone really really loves us, that will never change!
This is our story about something called hospice. We hope that you understand what hospice is by the time you finish reading the book and that your questions are answered. If there is something else you are wondering about, the people who work for hospice are there to talk to you and to help you.
Be sure to color the pictures, draw some of your own, and write down your questions. Always remember that we can get through anything with the love and support of family and friends!
