The Personal Growth and Development of the Human Services Professional workshop panel consisted of human service students who completed a course in personal growth and development. The students spent the semester learning about their past, their present well-being, and where they are going. The objective of the panel was to have students share their experiences writing a journal of self-growth and how journaling impacted their understanding of the holistic approach and the human services profession.
